Condition de location Vehicule Madagascar Rental Conditions

  • Rental :
Only with driver. Driving period : 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. For security / safety reasons there is no night driving ( only in exceptional circumstances ). Vehicle / Transporters and civil insurance included. Unlimited kilometres, All Taxes included. No rental from Morondava.
  • Driver Allowances :
    • Driver allowances are included in the price. ( Food and Sleep )
  • Gasoline :
Charged to customer. Packages can be arranged. Condition full to full.
  • Vehicle departures and arrivals :
All vehicles will be returned to the departure point. Example: Fianarantsoa ( 1 day ), Tuléar ( 2 days ), Tamatave ( 1 day ), Morondava ( 2 days ), Fort Dauphin ( 3 days ).
  • Breakdown :
In case of a break down, Espace Mada will replace the vehicle within 24 to 72 hours. according to the vehicle location. In this case, days lost will be reimbursed.
  • Booking :
    • 30% deposit is required.
  • Payment :
    • Required before departure : by Cash or CB VISA /Bank Transfer : USD / Euros / Ariary
    ( daily exchange rate ).
